Its a Grant Replica Mopar Tuff Wheel. I glued on an OEM Ford Airbag logo and wrapped it in one of those leather covers. Tomorrow I’m gonna rent a steering wheel puller and install it. It looks so amazing, Mopar never looked so good on a Ford.
BTW, the horn button in that photo is not attached.

Does your truck not have an airbag?

Steering wheel puller. Pfft. Just rock it back and forth and PULL. Works every time.

I work at Oreillys, I can probably do it on my lunch break in the parking lot with the puller we rent out

Interesting. Our ‘96 does. Makes your job a lot easier.

It sorta makes it easier. From what Ive heard once you have yanked the airbag, Ford Airbag wheels are easier to pull

I hope. Otherwise the drive home will suck!

Driver’s-side airbags weren’t made mandatory on compact and 1/2-ton pickups in the U.S. until ‘95. AFAIK, the only truck that had one before then was the ‘94 Ram.

Just loosen the nut (but leave it on unless you want a ford logo imprinted on your forehead) and give the old wheel a good pull. Works for me.

But that’s the fun part!

Yeah. You unscrew the air bag from the back of the wheel and the bolt is right there. Shouldn’t be too different in yours, but I genuinely don’t know fords that well.

Fortunately not my own, it was handed down to me.
